Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

Upon successful registration, vs99 creates a single user account tied to your registered mobile number. This account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any person under any circumstances. vs99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or support chat.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify vs99 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. vs99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• vs99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that it reasonably believes is being used fraudulently, by an underage player, or in breach of these Terms. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, using vs99 for any illegal financial activity, or depositing funds derived from criminal proceeds. vs99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.

vs 99 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, vs99 will void all associated bets, bonuses and winnings, close the account and may pursue recovery of any funds paid out as a result of the prohibited activity.

7. Responsible Gaming

In no event shall vs99's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use any portion of the platform exceed the total amount of funds held in your vs99 account at the time the claim arose. This limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the basis of the agreement between you and vs99.
